GOBI MARCH (MONGOLIA)
The Gobi March is a 7-day, 250 km / 155 mile footrace that takes place in the stunning Karakorum region of Central Mongolia. Through the seven days competitors traverse through the vast Mongolian steppes, sand dunes and great rock valleys as they complete the 250-kilometer / 155-mile course. The race goes through the Khar Bukh Balgas Fortress, many stupas and temples, traditional Mongolian ger villages, the UNESCO World Heritage Centre of the Orkhon Valley and finally ends at the Ancient City of Karakorum.
THE LAST DESERT (ANTARCTICA) ANTARCTICA'S ONLY MULTI-STAGE FOOTRACE
The Last Desert is the only multi-day race on the Antarctic continent. The Last Desert in Antarctica is one of the most incredible journeys in the world. Competitors traverse up to 250 km / 155 miles across the largest desert in the world which is often referred to as the "White Desert". The race is held around the Antarctic Peninsula which has a remarkable history of polar exploration and whaling. The scenic backdrop includes icebergs, mountains, research bases, seals, birds and penguins.
ATACAMA CROSSING (CHILE)
The Atacama Crossing is a 7-day, 250 km / 155 mile footrace that takes place in the incredible Atacama Desert of Chile. Through the seven days, competitors traverse through salt flats, massive sand dunes, icy cold slot canyons, river crossings, and experience starry nights while in the foothills of the Andes mountains as they complete the 250-kilometer / 155-mile course. The race goes through the Salar de Atacama, Moon Valley and Valle de la Muerte, and finally ends in the Town Square of the adobe-like village of San Pedro de Atacama.
RACINGTHEPLANET: LAPLAND 2022
Lapland in Finland is the location of the THIRTEENTH edition of the RacingThePlanet Ultramarathon. Considered the last wilderness in Europe and land of the midnight sun because the sun literally never sets in summer. Lapland is also one of the best places to see the Northern Lights!
The 250km / 155 mile course showcases the breathtaking highlights of Lapland including stunning fells, coloured rocky ravines with “rakka” rocks from the Ice Age, great Taiga forests, up to 500-year-old kelo trees, pristine lakes as well as clear rivers and stunning gorges. Competitors will also experience the Sámi culture as well as many species of reindeer who out-number people in this sparsely populated region.

In 2021, the TWELFTH edition of the RacingThePlanet Ultramarathon will take place in the southwestern corner of Georgia, within the undiscovered Javakheti region. The host town is Tbilisi, the charming and colourful capital of Georgia. Cold Pole - Oymyakon
The III winter extreme marathon run “Cold Pole - Oymyakon” will take place in Yakutia. The distances will be 5km, 10km, 21km and 142km.
